Cookie Policy
Clear choices for essential storage and optional website technology.
1. Our approach
Re-Let uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie preference. Non-essential third-party technology is blocked until you choose to allow it. You can accept all optional technology, reject non-essential technology, or manage your preferences.
2. What counts as a cookie or similar technology?
The UK rules cover cookies and other methods that store information on, or access information from, your device. This includes browser local storage. Some storage is strictly necessary for a service you request; other storage or tracking generally requires a valid choice before it is used.
3. Essential preference storage
Re-Let cookie preference
Storage: browser local storage key relet-cookie-preferences-v2
Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics/SEO-performance technology and when the choice was made.
Category: essential preference storage.
Duration: remains on the device until you change the choice, clear this site's browser data, or Re-Let replaces the consent version.
4. Optional analytics and SEO-performance technology
ClickRank
Provider: ClickRank.
Purpose: SEO automation and performance/usage analysis used by Re-Let to help operate and improve the site's search performance.
When it loads: only after you accept the analytics/SEO-performance category. Rejecting non-essential technology prevents the ClickRank script from being loaded by Re-Let.
Information: because the script is provided and controlled by a third party, it may receive technical connection and usage information and may use cookies or similar storage. The provider can change its own cookie/storage details over time.
See the ClickRank Privacy Policy for its current information about data and cookies.
5. Gumlet video
Some project pages may offer a hosted Gumlet video walkthrough. Re-Let does not load the player merely because you open the page. If you actively choose to load or play third-party video content, your browser may connect to that provider and technical information such as your IP address and browser details may be processed to deliver the media.
6. How to change your choice
Use the Cookie settings control shown on the website after you make a choice. You can switch optional technology off for future visits at any time. You can also remove previously stored cookies or local storage using your browser settings.
Withdrawing consent stops Re-Let from loading optional technology on future page loads. A third-party cookie already stored on your device may need to be deleted through your browser controls.
7. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and site data. Blocking all storage may affect functions that rely on essential preferences.
8. Changes to this policy
If Re-Let adds a new analytics, advertising, embedded-media or marketing technology, this policy and the consent controls should be updated before that non-essential technology is enabled.
